So I just installed Arch again (grub broke on the last one) and this is an issue that occurred last time as well. This is a PCI connected wifi card. During install, I can use the card just fine. However, after I boot into the new system, I can't use the card. Using the lspci command, I can see the the card is connected to the computer. When I run the ip link command, it doesn't show up. I can use the card though when I boot Linux Lite. Any idea what's going on?

Driver Issue? During install you technically still have the driver from your last installation. I know its unlikely but I normaly have a ton of driver issues after moving to any Linux distro.

Problem was fixed! Apparently the driver was already packaged in the OS but the firmware wasn't. All I had to do was pacman -S ipw2200-fw (ipw2200-fw was the package specifically for that driver. It will vary depending on what driver you have) and restart my machine. Thank you @Galagatron.
