[View the .TXT here] The scheduled destruction of Palestine It though appears that the state of Palestine will meet a scheduled destruction. Most of us of course either live in America or in one of the European countries, and yet know the whole truth of the conflict in Palestine and Israel. When Israeli missles kill palestian civilans, when artillery fire lands right next to a family of 5 , and most of the causalties are women and children, where is the worlds condemnation of these actions? The European Union is also widely known as the champion of democracy, where is their condemnation? The Israeli/Palestinian conflict is one of the most pressuring issues in politics, but unfortunately the loss of Palestinians is not important enough to be of concern to American media. The death of the family last week at the beach was a very rare instance where the American media decided to to show a Palestinian tragedy on the news, maybe the writers figured that a blowing up of a family picnicking at the beach could cause a media uproar and they just didnt want to miss out on this coverage? Even while most of the articles consistenly say how "brutal" the "terrorist" groups are and how they constantly are "bombarding" Israel with middles ( Israel only reported 2 casualites of this in the last 9 months ). I would pay to see CNN do a report on Israels illegal retrieval of Palestinian land, and their foreign policy of the ethnic cleansing, their denial to recognize the Palestinian people, and the complete disregard to the Geneva conventions or international Human rights law.There are Israeli attacks supposedly on militants ( when ironically civilians are the main causualties ) every single day, and one suicide bombing goes off in Gaza the whole world stands up and express their condemnation, even when the palestinian civilians where forced to do this. When your neighboring country sets new laws to tear down your farms, redirect the water supplies where most of the clean water runs AWAY from your nation , where your neighboring country re writes their own borders as they feel, and when Israeli soldiers have no regard for human life, what else is there to do?In the last 5 years Israeli soldiers killed 5 women and once child every single fucking week.I know the death of innocent civilians isnt as interesting as the world cup, but this is getting a bit ridiculous dont you think? The Palestinian president is even a bigger joke. After Yassar Arafat died the EU REFUSED to negotiate with Abu Mazen for 14 months, Abu Mazen job was to secure peace for the palestinians and not to align his goals with the Western agenda, and because of his charades, it led to the downfall of Fatah. I can't say that Hamas is doing a better job, maybe if they tried negotiating with Israel and going by the 1967 borders, peace might progress, BUT NO they were fucking stupid enough to break the truce, giving Israeli forces even more justifications to carry out their daily attacks. And now Palestine is in economy destruction, in the break of civil war between the Hamas led government and the Fatah loyalists.
