This is my first tutorial so forgive me of any mistakes i make.
There are two main ways of accomplishing this:
1.Through windows hot keys.
2.Through the network transmission medium.
NOTE:THESE METHODS SHOULD BE DONE BEFORE U BUY TIME FORM THE CAFE

--THROUGH WINDOWS HOT KEYS
There are some apps that timer softwares used by internet cafes have completely forgotten to lookdown.One of these is the windows utility manager which can be launched by the combination of the windows logo key and the letter "U" .When u do this the windows utility manager and the windows narator will pop-up.Look at the narator carefully and u will see "Microsoft Web Site" highlighted in blue,click on it.This will bring up internet explorer.From there u can browse the internet and also the rest of the network for free!!!!!!

--THROUGH THE NETWORK TRANSMISSION MEDIUM
Make sure u do this in either a crowded cafe or away from the eyes of the sysadmin.The last time i didi this i got caught so be very careful
To do this u have to have physical access to network transmission medium.Unplug the network cable then click on the  admin tab on the timer app.If u see  a login box try an blank username and pwd.This should grant u admin access to the pc.Plug the network cable back in and browse the net 4 free!!!!!This works b`cos  the client software(timer app) has lost its connection with the server app so it automatically grants the user admin access to the pc.This is jx an example of access control rules.From there u can browse the net for free
